Pre-Conference Skill Building Sessions PLEASE NOTE: Registrants for these sessions must commit to attending the session that they pre-register for. Registrations cannot be switched from one session to another after September 23, 2011! For a description of Skill Building Sessions, click here. All Pre-Conference Sessions will be scheduled for Sunday, October 16, from 9:30am-4:30pm at the Keystone Conference Center. Lunch is included in the registration fee. |

Scholarship Applications: COVA has received a Peace Officer Standards & Training (P.O.S.T.) grant that includes COVA Conference scholarships for Colorado sworn officers. These scholarships are for the registration fees only. The scholarships are in addition to the regular (above) COVA scholarship funds. To apply for a POST scholarship, please complete the scholarship application and include the officer’s PID number on the application in the appropriate spot. To apply, please fill out the Scholarship Application completely and mail, fax (303-861-1265), or scan and email (colleen@coloradocrimevictims.org) to the COVA Office by 5pm on September 10, 2010. There is no need to attach a completed Registration form. Let's save a tree. |

Early Registration Deadline Regular Registration After October 7, 2011, do not mail your registration form. Instead, call the COVA office to reserve a place and arrange for payment. All registrations placed after the close of business, September 23, are at the on-site or daily rates. |
Cancellation Policy No refunds are available after September 23. You may, however, substitute someone else from the same organization to attend in your place. |

Substitutions Before October 7, changes/substitutions may be made via faxed or emailed request. Please provide both the name of the individual being replaced as well as the name (and any contact information) of the person attending the Conference. After October 7, the individual attending should bring the registered person's materials to the COVA Registration Office at the Keystone Conference Center and the changes will be made on-site. |
