You are now able to sign up as a new member and renew your membership online! Please see the below instructions to complete the membership process.

Step by Step Online Process for COVA New Memberships:
1. Please fully complete the Membership Form and scan, email or fax it to back to COVA. Under the Payment Information section on the Membership Form please mark the PayPal section to specify that you are paying online.

2. Once you have completed the Membership Form please proceed to paying your membership dues online by clicking on the PayPal payment button below. You will need to select what membership that you have chosen.

- PDF Membership Application
2. Once you have completed the Membership Form please proceed to paying your membership dues online by clicking on the PayPal payment button below. You will need to select what membership that you have chosen.
- Individual $50.00
- Student / Senior / Volunteer $25.00
- Organization $150.00
3. Once you have selected your membership type you can click on the payment button for that membership and it will direct you to PayPal to complete the payment process.
4. Once you have completed the payment process please make sure that you email or fax the Membership form to COVA. That is it, you are finished! You are now a member of COVA!

1. COVA sends out Membership Renewal Forms to notify you that your membership is nearing expiration. Once you receive that notification please complete the form below and email or fax it back to COVA.

PLEASE NOTE: In the COMMENTS section of the PayPal checkout please include your agency's name or your full name if you are an individual so we can match your payment to the Membership Form!
