COVA's Email Privacy Policy

Your Privacy is important to COVA!  We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Why do you receive emails from us?
If you have received an email from us, you have attended a COVA training, registered or our Conference or Academy, have an existing relationship with us, or your email address is listed with us as someone who has shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (opt-in). We respect your time by controlling the frequency of our emails.  We typically only send 2 per month, unless there is an urgent Action Alert that we feel warrants special attention.

How we protect your privacy
We use a secure email software and do not sell, rent, or otherwise share our email list with anyone outside of the COVA Board or Staff, and allow only those Board/Staff members who are involved in contacting our email list access to addresses.  You will receive information from these COVA Board/Staff members based on your request for information.

How can you stop receiving email from us?
Every COVA email contains an easy, automated way for you to unsubscribe, or change your interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of any email you have received from COVA.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via COVA's email address, please send a copy of that email with your comments to cova789@aol.com for review.
