The Associate Director of Finance, Grants & Administration (ADFGA) is a critical position that works closely with the Executive Director and other senior leadership staff. The main roles of the ADFGA are to ensure the agency’s overall financial health and strategically lead the finance and accounting areas of the organization in accordance with Wings’ mission, objectives, and policies, including overseeing restricted and non-restricted funding sources in strong compliance with funding partners. The ADFGA also leads all administrative and human resources (HR) functions to support strong infrastructure for Wings’ organizational and programmatic work. Specifically, the ADFGA will develop effective financial strategies, monitor all financial activities, ensure all grant compliance measures, promote revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with grant funders. Pueblo Child Advocacy Center

DESCRIPTION: The Child & Family Mental Health Provider will provide short term interventions with children, teens, and caregivers aimed at alleviating trauma symptoms and to enhance caregiver skills. Rose Andom Center

SALARY: $20-22/hour plus language differential

DESCRIPTION: The Bilingual Child & Youth Program Assistant will help support the Pathways and Camp Hope America-Colorado program, along with other child and youth events and programming, with a focus on building programming for High Adventure youth. Camp Hope and Pathways is an evidence-based program for youth who have been impacted by violence. This involves monthly group mentoring events and a summer week-long sleep away camp. Day-to-day activities will involve connecting with families to offer support to resources, conducting intakes with new families and participants, and helping to run and facilitate group events like Pathways. In addition, this role will be key in offering support at camp by helping to run camp programming and offering behavioral and emotional support for campers and support for camp counselors. 20 hours a week. Flexible but must be available Monday-Friday, between 9-5pm with some evening and weekend hours. Must have full time availability for the week of Camp Hope, August 5-10, 2024.

Wings Foundation

SALARY: $30 – $35 / hour (dependent upon experience)

DESCRIPTION: Wings seeks a skilled, conscientious, preferably bilingual, licensed mental health professional to serve as part-time Psychoeducational Support Group Facilitator. Facilitators maintain safety and boundaries for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse who attend weekly psychoeducational support groups. The purpose of these groups is not to provide trauma treatment in a group setting. Rather, it is to enhance members’ healing process in group, as they move through required individual therapy in the community. This position is expected to facilitate up to four groups each week, which will meet on various days and times, and may include evenings. Currently Wings psychoeducational support groups meet weekly for two hours. This position will include some hours for providing PRN coverage for Wings support group program, as your availability allows. This staff will also conduct Wings’ Survivor Services Assessments to determine whether adult survivors are ready to join support group. While this is primarily a work from home position, because this staff deals with confidential information and situations, the staff must work from a home office; Facilitators cannot conduct client-related Wings’ business in a public location. Wings will provide a laptop for work use, but the employee must have access to reliable internet service and provide their own cell phone, which can download the phone service app utilized by Wings.
